WARNING: Extreme Injury using Resistance Bands

Double-banded resistance bands are the way to go.  They are super-affordable, and I have never broken one once, having broken the single ones three separate times.

We need to be able to workout with confidence, knowing the chances of injury are small when we’re working out hard.  The possibility of getting hurt too easily is a distraction we simply do not need for productive exercise.
