Awesome Update to Tinnitus Section:

I was finally able to acquire the audio file (available via the link on the Tinnitus tab above, towards the bottom of that page) featuring an interview with a specialist in the area of ringing in the ears and how sounds are manifested through the ear and brain.  This crucial missing piece to my section on this topic basically completes the section for now, with the hopes that it contains all the information a sufferer would need to help them get on track to wellness again.

For anyone suffering from this condition, that page will contain extremely helpful information that helps a person understand the origins of the issue and how it can be very effectively managed, reduced or eliminated.

It took a few months worth of effort to compile what I felt worked best, having dealt with the condition myself.  It is a condition that can be extremely difficult and traumatic for people, apparently even leading to suicides in some instances.

None of this needs to be the case, and I fault western medicine…once again…for being responsible for much of the suffering in this area due to their closed minds and one-track path of insisting on solving problems via symptom-treating, instead of cause-treating.  Had western medicine been more open-minded to exploring options outside of repeat-sale prescription or high-priced surgery (that has a track record of doing little to nothing to help the problem) a lot more could have been accomplished a long time ago to help end countless people’s suffering.

“Three Supplements Worth Buying” on Yahoo

As expected, the Yahoo news item today told people that most supplements have no proof that they are helpful to the body (we all have loads of anecdotal experience proving otherwise for many supplements when used properly and with purpose) and did cover the three biggies, that I could’ve guessed without a second thought that they would cover:

Omega 3 fish oil.

Vitamin D.

And Vitamin B12.

AND, as expected, they completely omitted the most important information of all regarding the quality and use of these supplements, a subject matter I cover over and over again in my materials:

The fact that omega 3 fish oils are fantastic, BUT, most of them are of horrible quality and contaminated with toxins and heavy metals, creating as much a potential burden on the body as benefit.

The fact that D should be in the form of D3 only, and that safe and controlled tanning is a more effective way to “naturally” increase the body’s vitamin D production (and similar phototherapy applications have been used for decades to accomplish the same).

The fact (and this is a biggie for me) that B12 comes mostly in two forms; the “cyano” variety, derived in part from cyanide, and the “methyl” variety, which is far more friendly to the body and is available sublingually as well as partial absorption via the stomach under optimal conditions.

The last issue of B12 is beginning to seem like a giant conspiracy to me.  Why is this vitamin being pushed so hard now, in all sorts of media outlets, knowing that about 80% of the market for it is manufactured via the cyano route?

Or more importantly, why isn’t this potentially very important fact being covered at all in the publicity efforts?

My “Pain Page” is Completed.

I have finally completed the basic outline that I follow, for folks who are suffering with discomfort and/or pain and need a place to start.  The page is devoted to the efforts I have made, following a very specific and productive outline, to perhaps help a person find direction in getting their health back in order.

After being in tremendous pain for long periods of time, and putting in the countless hours of research…translating into a virtual full-time “life effort” to figuring out what it was going to take to get myself well…the outline on that page, found at the tab above (“The Pain Page”) is what I would refer to any friend or family member as a first go-to starting point to getting out of pain, and back into health.

The page is designed primarily for people who are seeking out a more natural route to wellness, as compared to using western medicine, pharmaceuticals or other potentially dangerous paths that may cause an array of side effects and do more harm than good.

I must make it clear that the outline pertains to what I have done, and what I follow.  It is in no way intended to encourage you to NOT seek out a doctor’s help, nor is it designed to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease.  It is simply a part of MY story, that you can do with as you wish.  It is hugely helpful to me, but may or may not be helpful for you.

With that understanding, The Pain Page tab above gets you to that page.
