Olympic Bodies of Water

They say us humans are made up overwhelmingly of water.  Anywhere from about 60 percent to much higher depending on age.

I absolutely love watching the Olympics.  I look forward to both the summer and winter Olympics, but especially the summer due to having gymnastics and tennis in my family, along with some weight lifting, the latter of which I’ve been exploring for about half my life.

Granted, not to the sports level the competitors in the Olympics take on, certainly not.

More as a ways/means to keep myself healthy and fit, and reduce the fat burden on my body.

Much of what I have been able to accomplish in that regard, especially the exercise techniques I discuss in the FacelessFatloss program, were in part derived from the weight lifting and bodybuilding fields.  I”ve read the research, and learned a lot of “Bro Science,” as it’s amusingly referred to, to discover what does and does not work for both myself and others.  Where the limits are, what minimums work, and thy myriad of techniques that can be employed that everyone can benefit from.

No doubt hydration is a huge part of the equation.

And as you may’ve heard me mention before, it’s more important than most people realize.  So much so, an actual *effort* needs to be put forth to ensure enough hydration is taking place, especially as we age.

And the benefits derived from the effort are almost universally noticed by those on the health and wellness path.

The quality of the water, however, is of huge huge concern.  The chlorine cleaning, the forced medication via fluoride, and the countless…literally countless…trace particles of hormones, prescription drugs, heavy metals and more found in the public water supply are so out of control that it’s a wonder we are able to maintain any real level of health.

And the fact that so many of us are sick, is with high probability due to what we can’t detoxify, especially based on our environmental exposures that we cannot avoid; our air, our food, and our water.

You can bet the Olympians are staying well-hydrated.  They have to.  I will soon cover what I have found to be the cleanest water available in the U.S., and is also reasonably affordable.  Stay tuned.

In the meantime, look at those wonderful, beautiful, sexy bodies of water in the Olympics.

And I’m not talking about the pools.

Condition “Cannot Be Cured” Falsity:

Some more of my law knowledge will be kicking in here, since it’s yet one more thing that is not widely understood, and as such, amounts to a HUGE amount of ignorance and consequence:

We may have some sort of illness or condition we are contending with that when we research for more information, find that what ever the label is we have been given (keep in mind, the labels are often…VERY often…either wrong or misleading, a topic for another time) that there is apparently no “cure.”

This depresses the researcher often, and leads them to believe that whatever they are dealing with, is life-long and there is no SOLUTION for it.

This would be an entirely inaccurate assumption, and one that is made SO often, that countless people are suffering needlessly because they have not yet considered that what they thought they understood…they actually did not.

And that there IS a remedy to their problem.

Perhaps not a “CURE”…because that carries a legal nexus.

But there may be a way, perhaps MANY ways, to totally relieve the symptoms that the person is dealing with.

And isn’t that what everyone WANTS first and foremost?

Hence pain killers being such great sellers.

But my point is more along the lines of resolving the actual PROBLEM, as compared to merely masking symptoms.  And everyone who follows my path knows this is what I’m all about.

Whenever one reads that there is “no cure,” you MUST keep in mind that this lack of “cure” is only within it’s specific realm of operation.  Meaning, the modes that are used and accepted within that field, such as the medical field, have very…VERY…definite limitations.  Limitations that forbid the use of certain approaches, and strongly favor other approaches based on relationships and organizational agendas.

No need to go into details on those topics.

All you need to understand is that whenever you see that there is no “cure” for something, I can assure you with near 100% accuracy, that if the report is fully understood from the perspective of the writer, and what limitations exist within the opinion offered, both from a financial and legal standpoint, you would find that instead there are alternatives that exist outside of this sphere that would with high probability enable the reader to find a resolution to their symptoms, and their problem.

Not a “cure.”

But a “resolution.”

Would that be good enough for now?

FDA Pick-Apart Pending:

I will do a post soon explaining from a legal perspective how to read a report the FDA recently released regarding a controversial supplement.

I had to consider long and hard how to approach this topic, because I was first of all not sure if people needed the education (or wanted it) OR, if people already had an understanding of certain aspects of legalese that I was not aware of.

I don’t think the latter is what is going on, but unfortunately part of the former…people not wanting to know…is an affliction that many, especially in America, are stricken with.

I will draw upon my approximately ten years of both college and private study on how the words are really explained, what is attempting to be conveyed versus what is ACTUALLY being said.

It is this differentiation that people are too often completely missing.  The words are written in just such a way as to present a legal stance, more so than any kind of layperson stance of actually being informative and helpful to the average individual.

It is this nearly word-trickery, that angers those who understand the difference.

If one does NOT understand the difference, assumption after assumption is made about what an FDA report claims, or what side effect profiles mean, what various medicine or supplement studies really mean, and the list goes on and on.

Once a person understands that everything boils down to liabilities…and why everything does…a whole new world of understanding opens up about the nature of what is being presented.

More coming soon.
