Answer:

“I can only comment based on what I would do, based on having had a similar experience in my past.

I personally will not be taking antibiotics again, unless and until they are needed on my death bed. Antibiotics are “Anti-Life” by definition. They destroy both bad AND good bacteria in huge quantities when they are taken. I feel they are among the most over-prescribed drugs on the planet, and contributing to countless secondary ailments and side effects. Some of them, such as the quinolone class, have been found to contribute to very serious side effects such as tendon and joint damage that can last for years. Having experienced similar, I do believe it can be recovered from, by via the very means that conventional medicine refuses to recognize as the after-effect of using these antibiotics; potentially severe fungal infections, one symptom of which is thrush. Recovery can be slow and difficult, but is entirely possible as long as one does not listen to western medicine that tells us it is permanent. I am living proof it is not.

A first step in countering this is via multi-strain and very high cell count (number of strains is more important imho) probiotic. This helps repopulate the healthy flora in the gut. Some theories suggest that overall gut health is “the” key to body-wide good health. I tend to agree.

Knowing the above, I have since opted for alternative anti-bacterials, going on the assumption of course, that there is indeed an actual bacterial infection. Most of the time no culture is taken to conclusively confirm that, leaving doctors using shotgun approaches with broad-spectrum antibiotics to attempt to remedy the problem. And remedy it may, (or may not) and at what cost…

I cover these topics based on years of tough learning experiences and lots and lots of pain due to these kinds of prescriptions. I have little to no faith in anything doctors do outside of trauma care any more. You can find my vids on youtube, channel name facelessfatloss. A bunch of videos covering this and similar topics. I hope this was at least somewhat informative and I sincerely hope you feel better soon”…………..Tim

Need Happiness Right NOW?!? Check Out the New Tab Above!

Spent some serious time today finding not only a great start of a small group of uplifting music, but also the very best quality of each both in terms of completeness of the music and/or video content, as well as visual quality of the video itself.

No small task, believe me.

Most of the videos I was already well aware of, so I knew what to look for.  It gets harder and harder to find the original “official” videos, and especially then to find them in good quality sight and sound.

So far, I’m succeeding.

But it takes so much effort and time, I ended with a Mr. Mister song today, and left it at that.

That was a special favorite, not only because of the energy I intend the entire page to have, but the song itself is in the proper aspect ratio, has great visual quality (always try to having the video setting set to the highest it allows, at the bottom of each video) AND the video was not only complete, but contained the full ending vocal to the song, instead of the more abrupt radio-edit version that did not contain as much of the chorus being extended.  The chorus is wonderful, as is the vocalist, so I WAY prefer the extended version, which I was able to find!

Click for this wonderful uplifting music!

Celebs Can Help Others Cope With Depression

One of my favorite “fun” music groups has been The Saturdays since I discovered them during their formation.  I found them having already had a huge interest in anything UK-pop, such as Atomic Kitten and Girls Aloud, groups most Americans just don’t know hardly a thing about, and miss out on some really great pop music (AND great personalities) in the process.

The personality part is more substantial than most westerners recognize.  In our pop culture, there (unfortunately) seems to be a much greater focus on the superficial, than on the substance of the people themselves.  With these groups, they are often involved in charities publicly, and as you may discover if you watch Chasing the Saturdays on E! (started last night, January 20), they have very endearing qualities that too often just seem absent from western fame.

I don’t know what it is, and I can’t explain how or why it is or why it happens, but you will likely notice it if you watch who these ladies are as they get their first crack at stardom here in America.

In the meantime, one of the members, Frankie Sandford, has been public about having suffered from in the past, and currently, with depression and possibly panic attacks, based on the previews for the show.  The two conditions often go hand-in-hand, as they did for me for the vast majority of my life.

Hence a video on the topic.

The first part of the video footage may be difficult to watch for some viewers.  I lighten it as best I can after that initial footage, focusing more on The Saturdays, while explaining what I found to be a miraculous near-cure for my depression and anxiety.

Never could I have imagined in my early years, that the whole condition seems to have been largely attributed to a pathogen and toxicity issues in my body:
