Did a “girly” video today (featuring a fitness competition) while I discussed the chocolates I eat, and the controversy in the raw food world regarding raw cacao…does raw cacao contain an outright “toxin???”
My way of managing it is to simply go very easy on it. I’m actually at about just once per month usage of raw cacao right now. It’s just so strong, that a mere three beans or so gets me so riled up I’m ready to climb skyscrapers.
And to the dark chocolates available at our local stores, the wonderful Alter Eco company has changed their packaging…AND…something else… 🙁
