Panic Attack Sufferer and Silver Concerns:

Hey Tim:

Thanks for getting back to me and letting me know you have my back while going through the program.

I read through the program and so far this is something that I DO want to do. I have been trying to lose weight for a few years now with no meaningful results. I tried diets, killing myself exercising, but had very little success.  But besides that, I just have two concerns that maybe you have some pointers you could give me to overcome them.

About 15 months ago, I started suffering panic attacks at the rate of one attack every month for the next 4 months.  I’ve come a long way from the way I was feeling at that time to regaining my confidence today, but I still have trouble processing situations where I start having strange sensations in my body. My heart is healthy, I’m overall healthy, everything checked out well with my doctors.  The only thing I do have is hypothyroidism but of the sub-clinical kind. I’m currently taking nothing for this.

So, my concern stems from the fact that I experienced my first panic attack about 10 days after I started a vegan diet. So, it kind of worries me that I might get a panic attack about the same time I go through the cleanse. Am I being too anal about this?  I had someone tell my hypothyroidism is due to my pituitary not having enough amino acids to produce T3.  Not sure if that is entrirely correct.

Also, was reading that colloidal silver can cause argyria.  Should this be a concern?

Any guidance you can give me is welcome.

Thanks and Merry Christmas,

Jaime Enrique

Hi Jaime,

Here is a link regarding how I handled severe panic attacks, basically removing them permanently from my life by inadvertently discovering that a pathogen was likely the cause, along with toxicity:

“Yes,” silver can cause argyria.  Almost always caused by home-made varieties used irresponsibly in gigantic quantities.  With the two professional-grade silvers I promote, the Total Body Detox cellular silver with zeolite, and the Silver100 ionic silver, there has never been a reported case of argyria in the 17 and 10 years they’ve existed respectively:

http://www.facelessfatloss.com/ionic-silver/

Both I, and others have used a couple bottles of the ionic silver under emergency conditions (my friend had severe water poisoning) and downed a half bottle on the spot, while I used up several bottles worth in the course of a week during a time of extreme illness.  And the other silver, if I had it handy, would’ve accomplished the same job with just a few sprays (I had no stock of it at these times).

In other words, it is extremely safe when used responsibly.  I always test silver products on the arm first, and now use only the two that I promote because they are safe, with research, long track records, and really work.  If I were treating for panic attacks, I would use the Total Body Detox in conjunction with the Beck Protocol you can search at Maintenance Motions and elsewhere.  For the record, I’ve used loads of silver over 20 years, as have many other people I know.  Argyria is very very rare and seems to be talked about more from parties that do not benefit from the success of using silver over antibiotics and other antipathogens.  Keep in mind that “The Blue Man,” aka “Papa Smurf,” never stopped taking very large amounts of poor quality silver.  And the other cases I’ve seen were all based on home made concoctions taken in far too high a quantity.  On the off days, I take a natural, whole-food E supplement with naturally occurring selenium to help off-set any chance of silver accumulation in my body.  And, I only use silver as-needed.  BUT, countless people take it every day, and I did as well at one point, for literally almost years.  No gray or silver skin on me anywhere. 🙂  (A few gray HAIRS…;)…but no gray skin).

Veganism is a great lifestyle for some, not for others.  I was lacto-ovo vegetarian for a long time.  Veganism was too much for me, but I support the idea a great deal and do encourage it for times of cleansing/detox, or for those who can do it with positive results (which seems to be only a certain percentage of people).  Some people can live on it…I am someone who can’t, and people need to be careful when experimenting with it to determine whether their bodies can manage it.  What is often reported as “detoxing” during veganism, is often times actually symptoms of nutritional deficiencies, and this fact is severely understated from the promoters in the vegan world, too often to people’s detriment which is a shame.

Hope that helps for now, thanks for your support……………Tim

New Milk Alternatives Vid:

I have some friends who eliminated, as did I, all milk alternative products from our diets with some incredible results in a couple cases, enough so that it needed to be reported on.

It is the excessive exposure to oils that may be the problem.  I believe we are leaning so heavily into omega 6’s that it’s causing issues for some people.

There could be other causes, such as food sensitivities or issues relating to how the food the “milk” is derived from is processed, such as in the case of nut milks where I have been unable to get a clear answer as to how the almonds, for example, are treated as to proper soaking before consumption.

I have not drank (drunk?) any for a while now, not even the coconut milk.  But I do still believe in coconut OIL in minimal quantities both for cooking, toothpaste and oil pulling.

Outside of that…if I were sick or in pain…I’d ditch the milk substitutes for a solid two weeks to see how I felt.

There must be a substitute for all the oils being used in the milk alternative products.

Mark my words: They will be reduced and/or eliminated over time.  I sincerely believe this is a very serious issue, that will affect a great many people.
