I understand that not everyone can lose weight and/or fat with ease.
I understand that there are even people who may…MAY…not be able to lose it without taking drastic measures.
But those people truly are far and few between.
We all make choices every day that steer our lives into ever-changing new paths.
At least that is what I believe.
I do not believe in predetermined destinies.
I believe a nearly infinite number of options exist for us in each and every moment, and the choices we make in these moments set out our experience for us.
If we choose the Oreo cookie over the handful of organic cherries (just had some yesterday, YUM), we are going to feel and look different in our follow-up experience, especially as we choose this path over and over again.
The former option will make us fat and feel like crap, the latter option will give us energy, lift us up, and make us feel better and full with natural sugars.
I know this sounds so basic. But the problem is, that too many people are still…STILL…(and it’s a pet peeve of mine)…NOT taking responsibility for their actions.
There is some sort of mentality in place that has the inherent and ultimate responsibility factor, that is all ours regardless, somehow placed into the hands of some other, some how, some way.
Perhaps we have this ingrained in us from an early age, be it through our educational process or religious processes.
It needs to change, and it needs to stop.
This goes WAY beyond mere fat and weight loss.
Even WAY beyond mere health.
But for me, all of this ties in together. I see an inter-relationship with almost everything, at all times. This is how I live. I have strived my entire life to find answers to the riddles of life. And I have found many, and live a certain kind of lifestyle based on the *choices* I have made.
Most of you can see the results of this lifestyle in my public videos.
My next video will go more in-depth on what kind of struggles I’ve endured since I was a child. It’s time more of “me” came out and in my video content so people can get a better perspective of the hows and whys of my choices, and also, hopefully, lend some credit to why my knowledge base is as extensive as it is in helping me make the choices I’ve made.
It is extensive simply because it had to be.
And I’ve chosen to take responsibility for everything…without exception…(imagine it)…that happens to me.
It is a monumental endeavor.
