My latest video gives a brief body-progress shot, and then focuses on toxins in makeup, a subject that has long concerned me since I focus on detoxification heavily.
Of equal concern, is the cruelty-free focus that needs to be adopted by all cosmetic companies. We are way way past needing to use animals for testing of much of any kind, and certainly that of cosmetics. There are technologies that exist now to help determine toxicity issues instead, or, of course, we should demand with our dollars that known, safe, natural products are used instead of any others that have proven track records of safety.
People can and do have negative, allergic or other reactions to anything placed on the skin, be it natural or not. But we seem to have much less risk, including risk associated with devastating diseases, by opting for more natural ingredients over those that may be cheaper to use and also to patent, the latter of which is too often the primary motivation behind using the ingredient to begin with:
