Understanding the Style One vs Style Two approaches:

Remember; the allicin, magnesium, etc is over to the side for easy access—->

I know there is controversy right now in some circles about the nature of weight loss as it relates to carbs.  Most people who purchase my program do so most often with a primary desire to get a trim waist line…flat, toned, defined abs.

It is now known that excess fat in the mid section is very often the first sign of excess sugar in the blood, a pre-type-two diabetes condition of sorts.  So getting this condition under control can happen in couple different ways, and apparently, for some people, even via the inclusion of lots of sugars, especially natural fruit-based sugars.

The problem is, that approach, although may work for some, will likely not work for many, and when it does, it often takes much much longer.

The fastest and safest route seems to be a temporary but fairly strict reduction of the causes of high blood sugar…that of any kind of sugar intake, and/or those foods that create that high blood sugar based on how they are digested and metabolized (such as the case with grains and their processed counterparts, flours).

The results can be much faster.

Especially when coupled with the very brief high-intensity workout strategies, with a focus on weight resistance exercise definitely included.

So the Style Two approach helps educate people about the nature of how foods can spike our blood sugar levels, in the hopes that we can then better monitor what we’re doing, and make choices that best suit our efforts.
