PATHOGEN MANAGEMENT AND VARIOUS EXPOSURES THAT CONTRIBUTE CUMULATIVELY TO ILL-HEALTH AND FAT GAIN
This is a somewhat substantial chapter put into this part of the program with the idea that a person may be fasting, and can learn about what I feel are important points about a cleanse as it relates to pathogen management.
The subject matter is a big one that I am sincerely hoping the reader/viewer will simply take the time to explore, since it may turn out to be a much larger issue than the reader can currently see. Or it may be of huge value to them in the future if they or a loved one find themselves in a place of poor health that may be able to be attributed to a pathogen load, as so often seems to be the case with illness and disease.
PATHOGENS = Virus, Bacteria, Fungus (such as yeast that mutates into candida) and other parasites.
I have kept the text to a minimum, just making some points below to help ensure you do go through all of the video content below. “YES,” reference is most certainly made to fat loss. But with health being my first focus, I believe the pathogen burden that most of us contend with needs to be addressed and understood as best we can in order to achieve the most optimal long-term results in health and fat loss.
At some point you may want to look up a Dr. Cassar on YouTube, pictured here. He is a wonderfully unusual fellow, so be forewarned. 😉 I was discussing the pathogen burden to my
viewers before he was (tooting my horn) but he obtained more views and audience than I was able to offering more exposure to the idea. You will recall from another part of my materials how I referenced a percentage of people using an alternative anti-pathogen protocol with electricity were able to lose substantial amounts of weight, believed to be solely attributed to the anti-pathogen protocol. I experienced the same. As a man well into his 50’s now, you can see Dr. Cassar’s body fat levels are very low. Granted he is a raw foodist. But you will also hear him in an earlier video discuss what I believe he called his “creature load” (or similar), referencing the parasites our bodies contend with and how these parasites can dictate what we eat, and how those foods may be processed in the body such that extra body fat may be formed. Science established the “obesity virus” long ago (back in the 70’s) and re-affirmed its existence much more recently.
