We all know by now that fat and weight loss can be highly individualized, and it’s important to remember that.  What works for one, does not always work for another.  What you will be learning will encompass all of the many years of research I haveput into this endeavor towards superior health first, and fat/weight loss second.  It MUST be taken in that order.  I will therefore be presenting many different angles and areas of interest that you and I can explore together in an effort to find what works best for YOU.

 

The vast majority of what I’ll be describing will be avenues that I have personally explored and am currently actively using in my efforts to maintain the body you see in my on-going free videos. Check back to those free videos from time to time to explore new ideas and learn about new viewpoints and research.

I am constantly not only reading and researching all of the latest studies but very actively implementing what I learn to see how it applies to my efforts.  I therefore update and revise my information to cover these explorations so that you can learn from my results.  The truth seems to be that most of us can lose weight and fat through a handful of effective techniques.  The challenge then becomes to maintain the results, and do so with health first and foremost in mind.  I have watched more than one competative athlete lose aspects of their health, while having incredible bodies; I sincerely believe this is not necessary and should not be happening with what we now know and some simple adjustments in our tactics.

 

As you have seen from my many years now online, I perpetually look basically the same, over long stretches of time.

 

Make no mistake; this was about a lifestyle change for me. It is an extremely rewarding lifestyle change.  I will be presenting options for all who feel the core approach is just too difficult for them, but I feel strongly that there are no real shortcuts to life-long health and fat loss.  However, that does NOT mean to suggest that it’s that difficult.  It can of course be very challenging at times, but it does get easier and easier OVER TIME.  I and others experience this, and it seems to happen almost without exception!  You will understand why this time factor is so important as I reveal the theories that are so rarely touched on in most weight and fat loss programs out there; everything from pathogen issues, to serious addiction issues, to the hows and whys we have come to a place where a large percentage of our teenagers are now becoming diabetic, obese, and experiencing a wide range of physical and mental disease.

 

It is important to take some initiative and learn to become your own authority in this area of self-improvement.  Learn from me, but pay close attention to how your body reacts to anything new you decide to try.  This program is here only to tell my story.  Learn to become attuned to your own body’s responses.  Our bodies are MAGIC.  It is the most amazing machine that has ever been built, an extraordinary vehicle with plenty of consciousness all its own.  Our bodies teach us every day; learn to pay attention to the signals you receive.  Notice when you are tired, and what you’ve eaten in the past hour that could have contributed to that feeling.  When it comes to exercise, learn to differentiate between a good “burn,” and improper “pain” (the former tends comes on more slowly due to lactic acid build-up in the muscle, the latter tends to be more sudden and sharp, as one example).  Pay less attention to your weight and the scale, and instead note changes in your appearance.  Always remember that muscle weighs more than fat!

 

The daily emails are designed to both provide links to the private videos, as well as supplement the two ebooks you have received with the first email.  The initial ebook was a monstrosity, in my opinion…;-)…it was overwhelmed with far too much information, a total mess, so I decided to scale it WAY down, and teach via videos, the way almost all of my clients have discovered me, instead.

 

I am SO happy to be able to bring all of this information to you, and if my feedback thus far is any indication, my readers are not only obtaining their fat loss goals, but realizing a completely new state of health and wellness that was before now, unknown to them. I accept that as as much of a gift to myself, as it is a gift to them.  I believe there is no better way to live life than to help ourselves, and in turn share with others.

Please consider watching and learning for the first couple weeks.
You can always then go back and re-watch the videos for specifics
on certain aspects of implementing the program.  Part of the point
of presenting the videos in a daily format was so that you would
not be overwhelmed with the amount of material that was initially
involved with my program.  Taken in smaller chunks, it becomes much
easier to absorb.

You are not missing, and will not miss any content.  The labeling is solely for archiving purposes.

And lastly: Consider having your doctor run tests for your blood
sugar levels, triglycerides, allergies, thyroid and C-reactive
protein, all of which will be discussed in the videos. It is not
essential that these tests be done, but can be greatly beneficial
in helping you determine exactly where you stand.  For me, implementing my
program tended to self-correct all of the above issues
regardless…but…I feel it can be very helpful to know exactly what is
going on as well.
