The Inflammation Place…
Finally getting the attention it deserves.
Is the inflammation response to what the body interprets as a “foreign invader”…that is simply a food that a person is sensitive to…causing a systemic result of excessive fat?
The inflammatory process, something that occurs naturally in the body as a part of the immune response, has become far more common a condition than it should ever be. Inflammation should be reserved for injury and pathogen invaders, and instead much of western civilization finds itself wrought with autoimmune diseases and all sort of chronic inflammation-related conditions (arthritis, tendonitis…all the “itis” diseases…COPD, asthma, eczema, crohns, PID, etc).
My first focus has always been on health, and that in turn lead to the low body fat physique that you’ve seen me with since 2008. The new lifestyle had to come into play, which included a new way of eating and looking at foods. For instance, I reserve wheat and most grain consumption for weekend cheats only. And when I do indulge, I feel it…almost without exception…afterwards. My symptoms almost always relate to bloating and feeling just plain dragged down, and, well…like CRAP.
Another little inconvenience is that the longer one eliminates certain sensitive foods from the diet, the more strongly one may react to them as they’re re-introduced back in. This effect does not seem to always happen; in fact, some people can eliminate certain foods they find themselves sensitive to for two to three months, and find they CAN incorporate them back in successfully, as long as they do so with care and attention.
But other times, we just can’t.
For me, that meant almost all flour-based snack foods. If I eat them more than once a week (I usually don’t eat them at all, perhaps only a few times a year) not only do I feel tired and headache-y afterwards, but I know I’ll start accumulating fat on my body if I continue. They were the main issue I personally seemed to have in my early days, since I was plowing through a lot of cracker-type snacks on a daily basis back when I was at my heaviest weight. I know now with certainty I had a grain sensitivity, and can even trace back feeling lousy often and how much of that could’ve tied easily into eating those processed snack foods.
No wonder I never had any energy.
My energy now is much greater than it ever was, including BEFORE I became sick in 2005.
I strongly suggest everyone pay attention to how their body reacts to ANY food, REGARDLESS of how “healthy” they were taught that particular food is.
IT IS THIS TOPIC, THAT COULD END UP BEING THAT MISSING LINK AS TO WHY SO MANY PEOPLE STRUGGLE WITH WEIGHT LOSS. Recent studies have shown and proven that people ARE losing weight simply by removing the foods from their diet that they are sensitive to. And enough attention is beginning to be paid to this issue, that we may be able to conclusively prove this out in more studies some time soon.
No need to wait for that; utilize your own self-authority and monitor closely how all foods affect you, particularly after you’ve completed a fasting cleanse. With the immune system boost the cleanse offers, and clean bowels, the body has the opportunity to help you determine even more effectively exactly which foods you may be sensitive to…causing any unpleasant effects after eating them…and for which you may then want to consider eliminating for a few months to see how things go.
